Olympians Set to Compete in Hartford at U.S. Gymnastics Nationals

Two gymnasts who won Olympic gold medals for the United States at the 2012 Summer Games in London will be participating in the 2013 P & G U.S. men’s and women’s gymnastics national championships in Hartford at the XL Center this coming weekend.

 

Kyla Ross and McKayla Maroney will be the top women in the competition. The top gymnasts in the country and vying for national titles and berths on the U.S. National Team.

 

Bailie Key, who recently won the junior all-around title at the recent Secret U.S. Classic, is one of five U.S. Junior National Team members in the field. The remaining four are: Nia Dennis (Ohio); Laurie Hernandez (New Jersey); Amelia Hundley (Ohio); and Polina Shchennikova (Colorado).
